How to Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file

Follow this link for instruction on how to import data into outlook but make sure you select the correct option when selecting your backup file (see picture), if you already have emails in outlook and you are restoring from a backed up file you will probably want to avoid duplicate messages so choose carefully.
