How to run and save your system information to a file

Click on Windows start and start typing info, then click on System Information.



When the System Information appears, click on File then Save,



Select Desktop as the location and to make it easier for us to match the system information to you, enter your username as the filename then click save,



This will take a short while to export the information we need,



Once finished, close the System Information page, find the newly created file on your desktop and email it to us at servicedesk@broadaccessservices.co.uk
